Ice cream parlor in the heart of the city of Basel. The historic context and the heritage site constructions restraints allowed only minimal architectural interventions. The project was aiming at maximizing the small narrow space and to create 3 sections: the production lab for the ice cream, a lounge area, the bar area and the hand out take away zone.                                                                                         Photos: Michael Hochreutener
